Chronic Pain Management & Mindfulness Group Program

(fall 2025)

I offer a group-based intervention program designed to support individuals living with chronic pain. The program runs over eight weeks and consists of weekly three-hour workshops.

This structured and supportive program aims to help participants manage their pain more effectively and improve their overall quality of life. It brings together pain neuroscience education, mindfulness practices, and exercises drawn from third-wave cognitive-behavioural therapies.
Throughout the sessions, participants will:
  • Explore how thoughts and emotions influence physical symptoms;
  • Learn and practice self-compassion techniques;
  • Develop tools for working with symptoms of anxiety and depression commonly linked to chronic pain.

To help deepen learning and support meaningful habits, participants are encouraged to fully engage with the program through daily practices and participation in weekly reflections.
